Understanding the mechanism of Naldemedine,a antagonist, for OIC (opioid-induced constiation); however, without BBB penetration, Naldemedine will not compromised the analgesic efficacy but relieve the GI side effects, especially constipation, which was proven in pivotal study, COMPOSE-4 & COMPOSE-5.
